How to write a listing that gets more calls
A clear title, good photos, realistic price, and accurate details make a listing easier to trust.

A good listing does not need big promises. It needs to be clear, accurate, and easy to understand on a phone. Buyers often decide within a few seconds whether a listing is worth opening, so the title, price, and first photo matter a lot.
Start with a concrete title. Say what you are offering, the brand or area, and one detail that helps the buyer understand it. Examples: "Furnished 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Astir", "Volkswagen Golf 6 diesel manual", or "Used phone in very good condition". Avoid vague titles like "Great opportunity" or "Urgent sale" unless the item itself is clear.
Set a realistic price. If the price is too high, few people will contact you. If it is too low without explanation, people may suspect a problem. Compare similar listings, then consider condition, year, location, documents, and included accessories. If the price is negotiable, say so clearly.
The description should answer normal buyer questions. For a car: year, mileage, fuel, transmission, documents, service history, and condition. For property: area, floor, size, furniture, monthly costs, deposit, and terms. For electronics: model, storage, battery, accessories, warranty, and defects.
Do not hide problems. If an item has scratches, a part that does not work, documents that need renewal, or special conditions, mention it openly. Honesty does not always hurt the sale; often it brings more serious buyers and saves time.
Photos are the strongest proof in a listing. Use natural light, clean the item first, and take photos from several angles. Choose the clearest image as the cover. For cars, show the front, sides, rear, interior, dashboard, and mileage. For homes, show rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and exterior. For small products, also show defects and accessories.
Accurate location helps the listing get found faster. Choose the city and area carefully because many buyers search only in one place. If you can deliver or meet in another area, add that at the end of the description.
Before publishing, read the listing as if you were the buyer. Is it clear what is being sold? Is the price visible? Are there enough photos? Is the contact method clear? A complete listing feels more trustworthy and usually gets more calls.
